Jessica Buescher is a parent coach and mental health professional with over 15 years of experience helping families and individuals navigate their unique paths toward healing and growth. Trained at the Erikson Institute at Loyola University as a consultant in infant mental health, Jessica specializes in working with young children (0-5), families, and individuals with developmental or unmet needs from early childhood.

Jessica’s approach integrates her training in attachment, attunement, and creative storytelling techniques to empower parents and caregivers to build stronger connections and resilience within their families. Her work is rooted in social justice and equity, ensuring that every family feels seen, valued, and supported.

As a licensed mental health counselor and board-certified art therapist, Jessica also brings expertise in trauma-informed care, including training in Brainspotting and other therapeutic modalities. She is the author of children’s books focused on emotional well-being and healing, reflecting her belief in the power of healing and protective stories to inspire connection and growth.

Jessica is a military wife, adoptive mom, foster mom, and parent to neurodivergent children. These experiences give her a personal understanding of the joys and challenges families face, and she uses this insight to guide her work with compassion and empathy.

In addition to parent coaching, Jessica offers professional supervision for clinicians and consultation services for community programs and agencies. She has worked extensively with refugees, bringing art therapy to military camps and creating spaces for resilience and healing in displaced communities.
